The Site integrates with and may link to third-party services such as Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (contact form emails), Cloudflare (security/DNS/CDN), and Vercel (hosting). By submitting a message via the contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and grant permission for us to respond. Do not include sensitive or confidential information unrelated to your request.
6. Booking Calls
When scheduling calls via Cal.com, you acknowledge that booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are governed by Cal.com and the connected calendar provider (e.g., Google Calendar). Ensure your timezone and contact details are accurate.
7. Acceptable Use, Rate Limiting & Anti-Abuse
To maintain service quality and security, we may employ rate limiting (e.g., via Upstash), bot detection/CAPTCHA (e.g., Cloudflare), and other protective measures. You agree not to:
- Bypass or interfere with security features, rate limiting, or access controls;
- Automate access in a way that degrades service (excessive crawling/scraping);
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
8. Analytics, Monitoring & Session Replay
We may use analytics and error-monitoring tools (e.g., Vercel Analytics/Insights, Sentry with session replay) to understand usage, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.
